Cup Care Instructions:

As with all glass items, this is a fragile product. Please handle carefully.

• Wash by hand for best results.

• Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm water.

• Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher.

• Protect from extreme heat to prevent damage.

• Avoid soaking the cup for too long.

• Make sure the bamboo lid is dry after washing.

• Whilst suitable for hot & cold drinks it is strongly advised to not pour boiling water directly in, especially          when the glass is cold as it will shatter and may cause injury. It is advised to warm the glass up by                  slowly adding warm water to it adjusts to the change in temperature.
